Hello, I am Amanda. I am a mum of 3 and the UK’s Child and Behavioural Expert.

I am the inventor of My Carry Potty and creator of the Potty Training Academy. I work closely with families giving them guidance on toilet training and also tips and recipes to help with fussy eaters. I am a regular in international press, on stage, television and radio broadcasts providing my professional expertise. I also go into Schools and Universities across the UK encouraging and inspiring students to delve into the world of innovations.

I am the ITV’s This Morning’s where I do regular live clinics, debates and campaigns. I featured on Lime Pictures Documentary Too Posh to Parent and appeared in on BBC The One Show. I am a regular on many radio stations, 5Live with Eamon Holmes, BBC2 Simon Mayo, Vanessa Feltz, Paul Ross and many worldwide radio stations.

I have been interviewed for lots of toilet training articles for top news papers- The Independent, The Times, The Daily, Mails, The Herald (Australia), Huffington Post, The New York Post. I often jump onto other social media channels and talk about toilet training and go live with different channels such as Mothercare.

Coming from a Maltese family gave me the passion to love cooking and have done since I was very little. My Nuna used to cook with me and show me all her special recipes which I now share with my children. Cooking has become a huge passion of mine and I get great pleasure out of creating beautiful food to share with everyone.

It has always been a dream of mine to write my own potty training book and share with you my 20 years of experience working with many families and toddlers around the world. I am very excited to announce that I am launching my first potty training book, ‘Potty Training Magic’ published by Penguin Books. I wrote this book to help you parents feel at ease with me holding your hand every step of the way on this slightly tricky milestone using my unique techniques turning it into a fun and exciting journey.
